Mercia Spirits Lab at Bishton Hall in Staffordshire are proud to introduce the Signature Mercia Gin.
Handcrafted in small batches on the “Wulfhere” copper still, the team have worked tirelessly to create something truly special.

In pride of place in the Lab, you will find the larger of the copper stills “Wulfhere”.
Named after a mighty King from the Ancient Kingdom of Mercia.

His armoury includes a vapour distillation chamber that allows us to get the very best out of the finest botanicals and create beautifully complex flavour profiles.

They have created a fine, smooth 45% Gin, with delicate citrus on the nose and a unique finish that is rich in steeped botanicals. The response has been amazing so far and we can’t wait for you to try it.
