Aroma Stewed apples with vanilla pod and crystallised orange peel. Raspberry compote develops alongside fragrant cinnamon spice. 

Taste Smooth apple and vibrant pear compliments demerara sugar. Clove and tangerine gives way to aniseed and a hint of white pepper.

Finish Medium-bodied with lingering spice and walnut.
