DESCRIPTION
Ex-Jack Daniel’s barrels were seasoned with Prosecco prior to maturing this spirit. Seasoning is the practise of filling a barrel with a product to let new flavours absorb into the oak. These flavours then find their way into the whisky as it matures.
Tasting Notes:
Aroma – Caramalised sugar and floral Prosecco notes. Hints of oak.
Palate – A burst of sweetness upfront with glimpses of peach and honey. The Prosecco influence adds a refreshing and nuanced finish.
