CENTANNI Rosso Umbria IGT is produced for the first time with the 2015 vintage and is a blend of traditional Umbrian grape varieties.
It was designed to celebrate the centenary of the birth of Ferruccio Lamborghini, the founder of the estate.
Fermentation takes place with maceration on the skins for 12-14 days.
Quite intense ruby red in colour, it offers fragrant notes of fresh fruit.
On the palate it gives a pleasant sensation with barely noticeable tannin.
Recommended with first courses, cheese, white meat and fish from the lake.
